About

Congratulations on finding our Government Grants Blog. We help small business owners, and especially female and minority business owners, such as Black and Asian entrepreneurs get money from the U.S. Government.

For example, one of the best opportunities right now is the ERTC Program that business owners can use to get a U.S. government grant of as much as $26,000 for every W-2 employee on their payroll.

Business owners can get a U.S. government grant of up to $26,000 per employee through the ERTC Program.

ERTC – Employer Retention Tax Credit Details

The Employer RetentionTax Credit program is part of the CARES Act that was passed by Congress on March 25, 2020.

It’s available to both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses in the United States.

The benefit pays up to $26,000 per W-2 employee.

The business must have at least 2 W-2 employees not including the business owner and their immediate family members.

Maximum payment is for 500 eligible employees.

The reason why most people don’t know about this program is because it came out at the same time as the PPP – Payroll Protection Plan – which overshadowed it. Initially, a business had to choose between the two programs, and the PPP was easier to get money from, so the ERTC was pretty much ignored.

In March, 2021, the rules changed, so now businesses can get funds from both programs.

A lot of business owners think they don’t qualify, but…

  • It doesn’t matter if your business did better during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • It doesn’t matter if your business did not shut down
  • It doesn’t matter if you received PPP loans
  • The ERTC program is still available at this time

The program is open through 2nd quarter of 2024, or whenever the available funds are used up.

Your business must have a minimum of two W-2 employees (not including yourself or immediate family members) up to a maximum of 500 per entity.

You can find out how much money you qualify for by scheduling a quick and easy (10-15 minute) phone call.

If you qualify, you’ll get an email message that details exactly the steps you will need to follow to get the money.
